The opening ceremony
Visitors are inspired by the spectacular opening ceremony of the LGBTQ Pride Parade. This occasion opens doors for a host of celebrations. You can expect exciting performances and the community feeling everywhere when you are present there. Some events you will be able to witness there include dancers twirling in vibrant costumes amid throbbing music, and speakers delivering speeches full of unity and optimism.
The parade
Since this is open to the public, you too can be a part of the contagious enthusiasm of the Pride Parade. You will be amazed by the eye-catching costumes, brilliant floats, and enthusiastic applause of this event. The highlight of the event is probably the fact that the LGBTQIA+ community and supporters will also march for equality and development. This parade takes to the streets, passing landmarks like Bangkok Art and Culture Centre as well as Pathum Wanaram Temple.
